I've tried:
Installing and reinstalling Java
Reinstalling Minecraft
Restarting my Laptop
Alternative Launcher (https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download/alternative/)
Launcher Log:

Hi if your still reading this it's been solved, apparently reinstalling it clean and running it manually works.

lol same graphic card (VERY LOW END GRAPHIC CARD)

Update your drivers. Windows updates, Java update, Nvidia driver updates (other video cards are available), these all can cause issues for you launching your application.

Use the official launcher, any other ones are more likely to be broken. If the official one generates a crashlog when you try to start the game, post it here using a website like pastebin.com and I'll see if I can help.

what about enabling more ram for it? like default is 1gb so set it to 2 or 3 gb

How do i do that? (It's not about launching the game by the way, when i open the launcher it just won't open)
