Can't see player on my server [1.15.2]

hi planet Minecraft I need your help
I have this bug on my bungeecord network that contains 4 servers
the proxy the lobby and the kitpvp and survival server no one can see each other
I think it is an entity loading problem but I can not find anything that can do it i hope
someone else had this problem and can help me.
my subserver run on: 1.15.2 paper
and my proxy runs on: bungeecord
