[EDIT] I found out what the problem was! Nowadays there are two types of Ip's, Ipv4 and Ipv6. Ipv6 is new, poeple made ipv6 because the world is running out of Ipv4 adresses.
Minecraft servers run on Ipv4, as far as I know you can't run it on ipv6 (but don't quote me on that). My router emits Ipv4 and Ipv6, and if I would run the server on my Ipv4 adress a Ipv6 adress would me emitted as well. This would disturb the Ipv4 signal, which then crashes the router.
By disabling the Ipv6 adress you can run the server no problemo!

Conlcusion,
If you have the same problem as me. Just call the helpdesk of your router company. Ask if your router emits Ipv4 and Ipv6. If so, ask if they will disable the Ipv6 adress.
This should fix your problem!

If you have any questions or need more info, please feel free to ask!

Hello everyone

My brother and I tried to set up a server. We used to have one and set it up the same way we did now. The only thing that changed since is our router, And of course programs updating

Tutorial we followed: youtu.be/4wtVX-leiu4

When port forwarding I noticed something odd. There was a list of about 15 port forwards. I come back to this later in this post.

]When starting up the server everything is fine. But until my brother logged into the server, from the same pc the server is on, errors started to occur.
-The world loaded slowly
-If he broke blocks it did't drop anything
-The CMD says he is kicked and a minute after he is kicked from the server
-He would get this error: java.io.ioexception an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

After googling this error we came across many many posts about this problem, and of which many lead to a dead end.
My brother gave up so I started a server on my pc.
Tutorial followed: youtu.be/4sQvJyrJaK8 and the one above

When logging into the server I came across the same issues as my brother did.
I got the same java.io Error he did, So I started looking for fixes. I tried:
-Letting Java trough my windows firewall (PROBLEM) Java isn't in the list.
-I've installed the latest version of Java(211) and then followd this potential fix:https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-38565
Also lead to nothing.
-My brother tried many more

But I noticed something, every time we started the server our wifi gave up. For me this made sense, here is my thought process:
-Server startup
-Server breaks wifi somehow
-Wifi is gone so server can't communicate to internet
-We get kicked because internet is gone

I thought this was the problem so I called our supplier. He told me there were some problems with our router signal and other bits. So he reset everything to factory settings.
This meant that everything got wiped, including the port forwarding list. Me now satisfied went to port forward the server IP again.
If I now log into the server I get these problems:
-Loading is slow
-If I break blocks they don't drop anything
-On the CMD I am kicked and a minute after I am actually kicked
-I get the message: Timed Out

I would upload the CMD text but, I'm not sure if this would share sensitive information about my pc.
The CMD Text sayd: [10:02:46] [Server thread/WARN]: GloriaGamer_MB was kicked for floating too long!
CMD sayd this over and over for a few seconds and then kick me.

Now we're in the present and I have some questions.
-Has anyone here experienced something similar?
-Does anyone have a fix?
-Will it go away by itself? (in some other treads a few poeple sayd it would)

Thank you very much for reading.
[p]If you need any other information please ask me and I will add it!

What is the model of your router?
What mc server version?
Are you connecting over the internet or locally?

It's a ziggo router. I don't know what model exactly.
Mc version 1.14.4
The server is port forwarded on the same network as I log in on. So I guess locally.

Do you want to see the cmd script it writes upon startup? Or do you mean the run.bat
