How and where is the the best place to advertise your server?

Hi! Im having troubles growing my server so im going to invest in some paid advertisement. My budget is about 30-50$CAD and im not sure where to start. Anyone got any ideas?

I would start here (on PMC). (Link removed) MC Forums ect are all good places to free advertise.

Enjin or some of those sites offer paid advertising aswell if you want to spend the money.
