Looking for staff for a Pixelmon server (Based on the game Fire Red)

Hey everyone!
I've been working for a while on the map for the server and it's finally starting to come to the end thank goodness.
However, I am currently looking for a staff team that are familiar with pixelmon and the mod, and if possible, familiar with the pokemon game Fire Red as that is what this server is based upon.
Here is the staff application, currently I am looking for Admins, Devs, Mods and Helpers so if you are keen, please fill in this application and I will get back to you as soon as possible!

WHY SHOULD WE ACCEPT YOU AS STAFF?:
I learn things really quickly and can complete tasks that you assign to me. I’m also good at handling difficult situations and can take on anything that you throw at me.
HAVE YOU HAD PAST EXPERIENCE IN THIS ROLE?:
I have been playing Pixelmon for around 7 years now, and I’ve spent at least 5 years being a staff member/owning a server. I have experience with using console as well if you need me to do some of that stuff.
ANYTHING ELSE WE SHOULD KNOW?:
I really like the idea that you have of recreating the Pokemon games in Minecraft. I hope you will do more regions in the future as well and maybe add the storyline too. Even if I don’t get accepted, it would be nice if you could tell me the ip so that I can explore the region. :)
