Making a Player to move in certain direction...

To begin with, I'd like to apologize if this thread (Or Question?) is in a wrong section as I did not know in which section to post it.

Question:

I am currently developing a tutorial scene in Server. And in this scene, I am planning to make a part where the Player view a whole village, or maybe a landscape. How this works is that the player teleports to a certain position, and the player starts to fly in a path that is created by something. (Plugins, commands, triggers, etc.) I also want the player's screen to face a certain direction when they are flying... I wonder if this is possible.

Put that in a repeating cmd block, and the person will look middle and north while "moving forward".

If you want to view something while teleporting around a structure. Put an invisible armor stand around that and do /tp @p ~ ~ ~ facing @e[type=armor_stand,tag=etc]. Note that the concept of cutscene making is extremely hard and tedious. Better to use a tool that will help you.
