Non-Opped players can't do anything on my server

Hello everyone,
I am currently hosting a server for my friends and I came across a problem where if they are not opped they cant do anything on the server other than walk. I have bukkit installed with a few plugins being, griefprevention, luckperms and essentials. I was wondering if one of yall can help me out. Thank you.

Hello, if you still don't have this fixed, I can help you. Just message me. I run a server of my own and know my stuff pretty well. If you need help, just message me and I will help you out.

Go to your server.properties, turn of spawn protection, or make it zero.

If you go into your essentials config file you should find a setting called spawn protection. If you set that to 0 and restart or reload your server it should fix your issue.

Hello, sorry for the late response. I went into the essentials config and did ctrl f and search for "spawn protection", "spawn" and "protection" And in the config.yml I did not see either one of those words for the protection of spawn/world.
