I’m in the process of developing an exciting new modded Minecraft faction server that takes place in a world on the brink of collapse. The storyline is centered around the end of the world, where once-unified nations and factions have turned against each other in a desperate fight for survival. It's a high-stakes, immersive environment that will push players to the limits as they battle for resources, territory, and power.

What we need:
To bring this vision to life, I am looking to build a dedicated and hardworking team of staff members who can help run, moderate, and develop the server as we grow. We want staff who are passionate, reliable, and ready to contribute to a growing community.

Positions available:

• Admins: Experience with server management, plugins, and troubleshooting. You'll be overseeing the server, helping with issues, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Mods: Strong focus on moderation and helping players with any in-game issues. You’ll ensure players are following the rules and maintain a fair, fun environment.
• Builders: If you have a creative flair, we need talented builders to help create unique and immersive environments for our factions and the world.
• Developers: If you’re familiar with modding or have Java skills, we’d love your help in refining our server mods, adding custom content, and optimizing the gameplay experience.
• Event Managers: Someone to plan and host exciting in-game events to keep the community engaged and active.

What we are looking for in staff members:

• Serious commitment: This isn’t just a "quick project." We’re looking for staff who are ready to dedicate time and effort into making this server a success.
• Experience: Previous experience as staff on other servers (especially modded and faction servers) is a huge plus, but if you’re eager to learn and show your dedication, we’re open to new staff members willing to put in the effort.
• Communication skills: Good communication is essential. You’ll need to be able to interact with the player base, handle complaints and reports, and collaborate with other staff members effectively.
• Teamwork and professionalism: We need a staff team that works together smoothly, keeps a positive attitude, and maintains professionalism when dealing with players and each other.
• Passion for the project: We want staff who are genuinely excited about the project and who want to contribute to its success. This isn’t just about moderating a server, it’s about building a world and a community together.
