Hello run my Java 1.14.4 server and randomly when no one is online or when people are online the server freezes for 10 minutes and usually crashes. I have no idea what is causing this. In the console i receive this.

That error is basically telling you an SSL certificate is invalid... but as to why it is making SSL requests is another question...

  1. Is the server date and time correct?
  2. I'd personally remove all plugins and add them back in one at a time until you find the plugin that breaks it...
  3. Failing that, or if there are no plugins then backup and then delete all server config files so defaults are restored.
  4. If that doesn't work, completely remove and reinstall the most recent version of java for your system.

Do you run your server with plugins? If so did you recently install one? If so again try uninstalling it and seeing if that changes anything. If the plugin is not compatible with the version of Minecraft your server is running it will crash it. My server was having that issue and uninstalling the plugin fixed it.
