hello! iv'e just built my spawn and opened up the server, iv'e set the worldspawn but whenever someone joins they spawn underneith the spawn (spawn is built in the air) it just says "error: the teleport destination is unsafe and teleport-safety is disabled" does anyone know how to fix this problem?

if you're using plugins to set spawn, have you got EssentialsX Spawn?

nope, i can't find essentials spawn that are supporting 1.14.3

Unfamilar with plugins, but is the location you set worldspawn in a block or air? if its ontop of a block, try setting worldspawn slightly higer & see if that fixes it.
