Hello, I want an icon of my personal skin's head but idk how to make it, it's basically a solid color background with the 3d head on it at an angle, thanks for the help

I'd use a 3D modelling and rendering software like Blender for that. Create a block and then texture map your skin's face on to there. Then you add lighting and render it out. There are plenty of tutorials for texturing, lighting, and rendering in Blender (as well as other 3D applications), you can find those easily with a few seconds of googling.
