Help- I'm a current noob

Hi! Any help that you can send me would be much appreciated!
I joined Planet Minecraft yesterday and I am just struggling on a few things and I was wondering if anyone could help?

1. I've accidently got rid of some options from the top toolbar (I've deleted the Main chat and something else that I can't remember) and I can't seem to find any way of getting them back?

2. I'm also wondering how you gain xp to move up the next level etc.

If anyone can help that would be really amazing!

I really suggest you have the submissions widget on your profile page, so people see the things you uploaded more easily.

Here are the answers to your questions:

You can add pages to the upper bar by hovering over the icon & clicking the pin button on its right.
Xp is gained from uploading content, gaining diamonds, emeralds, views, downloads (If possible), subscribers & being active in general.
