In the skin editor in recent downloads, I accidentally clicked Don't show this popup anymore, but I would like to bring this popup back. How to do it?

You can clear your cookies to reset the skin editor. However, this will erase ALL data in it, such as custom brushes, UI settings, skin save data, etc. You might want to download said skins/brushes before doing this. In Edge/Chrome, you can go to chrome://settings to clear your cookies.

I've done this before, but it doesn't help. The data is reset, but the pop-up window does not appear
