How do you make a featured submmistion?
I have a map I want to be featured, but I don't know how to do it

Featured is something like an [automated?] top picks — if a pice of content gets a large amount of interest it is put nito the featured rotation.
AFAIK, the featured items are choosen as most popular within a type of content [although the specifics of teh type boundaries remain unclear], so something like a player skin (of which a great many are posted) has more competition and is thus less likely to make the cut than something from a less well populated catagory.
