I cant add my yt to the youtube widget anyone know how to fix this

Whenever i try to add my yt channel to the youtube widget it says it has reached the daily api limit. Is this why it won't let me or is it for some other reason? Also I tried earlier in the morning doing this at around 8 am and it sayed the same thing.
