So skindex is down, so not there. Can anyone give me suggestions? A lot of skinning sites i have been are not that good. Accept Skindex and PMC.
Why im asking this is because no one knows if PMC will get a dmca complaint anytime soon.
So if you know any other good sites for skinning, pls tell me.

About five yeasr ago there was a surge of people entering PMC from https://www.minecraftforum.net/ when that site underwent some 'issues'.
It remains up (although the discussion forums are not what they were). Despite this it is a viable fallback, and might be revitalized if an equivalent counter-surge were to occur…

What could Minecraft Forums possibly be doing worse than PMC?
Other than the fall off in activity, my main issue has been that the site seems to require entering a code from an email after each occasion on which I clear cookies etc.
For me this translates to [roughly] every time — which is annoying enough my activity has plummented.
While the focus of the sites differs much/most of what is on one is on the other, the differences being largely ones of degree.

if you are a bedrock player i recomend skinseed you can google cute skins in it then u can custmize them and lets hope PMC wont go down <3

I’ve been trying to back away from PMC anyway.
For maps, I will just stick with my other two sources: StickyPiston Trial and MCCreations. I just started skinning, so I don’t really have anywhere else. Fortunately, skins are just PNGs anyway, so they’re not hard to publish.

yup. They are planning to do some updates, so that's good. And that means that skindex is not gone forever. when I get back on there I´m gonna download all my skins so If it happens again I still have all of my skins.
I'm not sure where we'd go, which is a shame. I'm hoping PMC doesn't go down as it does explicitly state in the logo that it is a community fan site, whereas Skindex tried to claim it was "the official skin site" from what I remember. If I'm wrong on that, I stand corrected. PMC is also run more professionally in comparison to Skindex, and it doesn't attempt to give you a virus when downloading stuff.
I say the above as somebody who used Skindex since 2015 up until it went down recently.

I don't think about it, if PMC goes offline, it's goes and that's it, I'll find another site to see as a replacement, without having to be related to Minecraft, if someone comes here and makes a DMCA, it's because whoever did it is seeing something really wrong here, users having a site to use is not a priority for the complaint, I'll just know how to wait until it goes back online.
I feel like with skidnex, it crashes a few times before it shuts down. If pmc does that, I think everyone will try to find each others discords or something. .

Well, I doubt PMC will get a DMCA considering Microsoft has mentioned and promoted PMC on its official website.
