How do I do it public? It says to me "not published yet" and I dn't know how to change it XD.

Put the resourcepack in DropBox (an account there is free), then create and pass around the “Share” link to your friends. Once they’ve all downloaded the pack, take it off the website!

That is a good idea but discord has a small file size limit and I would like to put the link on a website I own without it being public on PMC.
