PMC Skin Uploader Not Working

I made a skin in Skins, then pressed the 'PMC Upload' button. It said to wait a few moments, and i waited a few minutes. Nothing happened, and then I closed my computer for a long time staying on the loading screen. I came back and it was still saying to wait a few moments. Why didn't it upload?

I have had this problem before...... I just made skins and uploaded skins on a different website, and then I can back to pmc and it magically worked idk

You mean Minecraft.net? I'm not trying to change my skin, just trying to post it.
