hello im Joshua/noodlegamer76
and i was bored so i made this post

first, we all know that the minecraft world is 29999999 blocks far (for player data)
so to add that x2 because its for +29999999 and -29999999 is 59999998 blocks
than multiply that by 255 (world height)
which is 15299999490 blocks
thats the overworlds block amount anyways
now, the nether is 8x smaller, so the nether has exactly 1912499936.25
so the overworld and nether is exacly 17212499426.25
now, the end/endcity (there the same dimention if you didnt know) is the same size as the overworld so.....THE GRAND TOTAL IS......*drum roll*

32512498916.25
aka 32,512,498,916.25
32 bil

BUT, were not done, the amount of pixels is.......133,171,195,560,960 (133 tril)
WERE NOT DONE...still, the amount of space a player can go (30000000 blocks high)
is.....975,374,967,487,500,000 Blocks (975 Quadrillion)
and 3,995,135,866,828,800,000,000 pixels (3 sextillion)

Confused? Here is a list of the numbers used: hundreds, thousands, millions, billions, trillions, quadrillions, quintillions, sextillions, septillions, octillions, nontillions, decillions, and so on)

That's not really the amount of blocks, considering more than half of it is air blocks.

Yeah, you said "air blocks" not "air".
Edit: Also "Air" does have a block Id of 0, so the air blocks are actual blocks.

There are so many things wrong with this post, it's actually triggering me xD
1. The width and length of a minecraft world is actually 29,999,984
http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/World_border
2. You are right about doubling, but you did forget the second dimension. So it's actually 59,999,968 * 59,999,968 (Also towards Yaidin)
3. The height goes from 0 to 255, but this means that there are 256 blocks. So here you would end up at 59,999,968 * 59,999,968 * 256 =
921,599,016,960,262,144 BLOCKS IN THE OVERWORLD
4. For the nether, you are right about deviding it by 8 in the x and z directions, but the y direction is only halved. Despide all that, you can build past the divided number. Going back to the overworld will always bring you back near the worldborder, but not past.
http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/The_Nether#Environment
5. With the nether and end being the same amount as the overworld this will get you at a total of:

2,764,797,050,880,786,432 BLOCKS IN 3 DIMENSIONS

6. Everything after doesn't make sense at all.
- Pixels as seen on your monitor are different for every screen
- Pixels as in individual squares making up a minecraft texture is 16x16 by default
- Only the sides that have air blocks placed against them render, this is why most things underground are black when you go into spectator mode
- If you thought this didn't make it impossible to get the amount of pixels, you also don't know how many entities there are in a minecraft world and this amount is constantly changing. Entities include animals and monsters, but also arrows and MUCH more.

- And yes, the player can go above the height limit, but there are no blocks and no textures there. It doesn't influence the total amount of blocks and for the pixels... you could only count the amount of pixels on your screen and every screen is different.

EDIT 22/07/2017 - 17:17: I realised that although the nether height is halved by 2, you can build above the bedrock. And after a little test, although the distance is devided by 8, you can still build past the assumed limit. It will just bring you back to the worldborder if you build a portal further away. Changes have been made to the post above.

You forgot that it's not 29999999+29999999 but actually 29999999*29999999...
