Low frames

2 months ago i was getting 100-200 frames on windows 7. I upgraded to window 10 and downloaded the launcher (not the windows 10 version), when i started playing i was getting 23-40 frames.
SPECS:
CPU: phenom II x4 965
RAM: 8g
Graphics Card: Geforce GTX 1050
OS: windows 10 64 bit
Java: 64 bit
i tried uninstalling the game and reinstall and
putting more ram to the game
if anyone knows what its happening please tell me
