Is there a MC to Kinect Device Patch for Xbox360?

Does anyone know if there is a patch for MC so that the game recognizes the Kinect device? I would love to play minecraft on my friends xbox360 using body movements as a controller.

Minecraft: Xbox 360 edition is not supported by Kinect.
