A few days ago, I came across Mid-air blocks. it was shaped like a sword with a side cut off, then a single block. then on the ground was an imprint shaped like a cross, and not the red cross cross. THE cross. it was creative mode and no one else was there.
If sheep always have white eyes, it must be a coincidence. can someone tell me what this is?

The weird crosses you saw in your game are most likely block generation.
The white eyed sheep is probably your eyesight or your game just freaked out and didn't load that texture properly.

For everybody saying that Herobrine was in Alpha, that was the Human Mob. They were later removed. They had nothing to do with Herobrine, as they would just walk around aimlessly, and I think attack the player. Search it up on the wiki.
It was confirmed multiple times that Herobrine was never in the game. Notch tweeted it. Those things in the Update Bar thing are just jokes. Deal with it. He's not real.

he is not in any version of minecraft (except beta 1.2 i think) but its just a bug and the terrain generator, you get cool things sometimes

Notch DID made an low-AI "Herobrine" mob in an alpha version, however, that version was not in an auto-update, and you needed to download it manually. Yes, so he DID exist for a little while...

No. Herobrine IS a swedish hacker's account name! He hacks into Mijang's server files and go's into them and terrorizes people. Then noobs have made this into a believable mob in the game. Then SOME RANDOM PERSON came up with the idea that it was Notch's long lost dead brother. If you use ancestry you find out that Notch only has a half brother who is currently ALIVE. This got so out of hand that he puts "removed herobrine" whenever some makes a video saying "I found him" inbetween updates. That is the FULL STORY!! Also I forgot to say that the hacker put a mob AI file into the next update.(which was beta 1.2 at the time) gosh I said alot.
