You MUST:
Be 15 - Older
Be a good builder (not just random crap)
Be a good listener/follow instructions
Build specific to the theme
Don't be a griefing S.O.A.B
Play nice with others.

I am going to allow friends of friends to join as well as split screeners, however if your friend/player 2 doesn't listen or acts up, you both are goners.
