Hoglin Not Spawning as a Baby

In my datapack I'm working on, a hoglin is supposed to spawn as a baby. But the datapack doesn't spawn it as a baby, it spawns grown up. If I try to spawn the hoglin in using a command block, it spawns as a baby. I was wondering if there is any way to fix this.
