Not sure if this is even possible but I know a lot of people are excited about the new snapshot that adds Bees. However, most don't like to play in snapshots, so maybe you could find a way to bring Bees into 1.14.4. :P

Oh, um I mean I dont mind, but if you're wanting to challenge yourself you could maybe try incorporate the blocks and behavior. :P

Data pack for more realistic interaction of blocks and tools.
For example, a wooden pickaxe can only break stone, stone pickaxe can break already andesite, cobblestone, and decorative blocks of cobblestone, iron pickaxe can break already bricks, stone bricks and decorative blocks of bricks.
And so with all tools, except hoes, which are supposed to break only crops.
Perhaps the adventure mode will help.
If anything, I can help by distributing the tools for the blocks.

There are camera accounts in Spectator on a server and it would be nice if they only had one other account on the middle click menu, so that they could tp to their main account, but couldn’t spy on anyone else. If that’s even possible

So like you could dye sea lanterns like glass or leather armor. or dye like water the same way

Just to spit-ball a simple idea mob drops like how chickens can do eggs (and on another data pack feathers)
Pigs: Clay ball, beetroot/potato/carrot [pigs are messy eaters]
Cows: flowers, and loose grass
Horses/Donkeys/Mules: wheat seeds, flowers
Parrots: feathers, melon & coco seeds (maybe other topical items)
Cats/Ocelots: dead bats, feathers, string (that way village cats are useful without taming)
Phantoms: membranes, fish
Bats: gun powder (very rare), coal?
Pandas: bamboo
Polar bears: salmon
Wolves: rotted meat & bones? (arguable from throwing up a previous meal)
I'm sure there are some better ideas/options but would change up the game a bit.

another idea if you are good with a little resource pack designing is diamond and emerald shards/fragments, like nuggets for iron and gold, but for crystals. I'd like that for adding to Better Loots Data Pack which modified stone block drops for iron, gold, and coal, and would cool to expand the idea to other resources to make mining more interesting.
