I am very good at commnds but i need ideas for data packs. What data pack should i make?

Not sure it's possible, but some way to make a quick map after generating a seed, I know in Java chucks get generated as a player explorers but I wager a certain amount is generated upon starting. Which would be way useful in scoping out a world for creative mode. Or if you are really good, getting custom world GUI into 1.14, I know there's a website that can make seeds based on info but an offline option is always nice for travelers like myself.

Hmm, I'm not sure if this is already a thing (it probably is) but why don't you make it so every mob takes only one hit to kill?

in the last 1.16 snapshots you can also use this command to kill any mob with one hit (it resets when you die):
/attribute @s minecraft:generic.attack_damage base set 10000000000
/attribute @s minecraft:generic.attack_damage base set 10000000000

Edit: You can use this command to get a sword that will kill any mob with only one hit:
/give @p diamond_sword{Enchantments:[{id:sharpness,lvl:1000000000}]}

Actually you can post "cheats" datapacks.
Datapacks can only be installed if you are the owner of the world, singleplayer and multiplayer. It's their choice to enable/disable something like that. The reason that you can't post cheat mods, is that it's only the clients choice if they want to use it, without needing consent from the world owner.

cheats? datapacks are for singleplayer worlds, not servers, aren't they? I might just be mistaken though

You can use them on servers too.

um.... you CAN use datapacks on servers.... but you have to put it in the world files. so technicly you cant use it on a server unless you own the server.

But in singleplayer it's still a cheat and i dont think i can post that here.
