So I put together all kinds of custom plugins to make a unique freebuilding experience. The bad thing is, the server can be boring when i'm nose deep in the plugin code. But I'm nose deep in plugin code bc I want to make plugins people will enjoy. How do you manage both?




Right now I've put together:
- cross server /tpa
- automatic tpa accept/deny/ask
- cross server chat + ranks + multi channel
- freebuild worlds...
- plot server...
- a cool hub....
- support for different MC versions.
- A website...


And I'm even working on:
- a custom tron minigame
- custom woolcity land generator

All that tech work just means server is at like 5 people. How do you get more? Do you have a full time PR person or something?
