Apparently the user Lowestfallvideo has uploaded a video less than a half-hour ago, of him or her playing Minecraft in what seems to be Beta 1.7.

It's fake and he's using tuns of mods

Considering the fact that a shelf from a mod is revealed with the pistons, I believe that he/she is using the pistons mod and put a stone block in front of it but in back of the shelf to make it look like the actual piston texture. I'm not sure about compatabilities with the two mods, so it's only a theory. But, as sad as it is, some people do go that far just to try to decieve you.
