I checked out your video Smiffyke and I have to say, really well done. I would like to mention that I think you should've bumped bumped the difficulty right up to hard, that's just me though and my tastes, I just think it makes the game a bit more thrilling to watch.
I would also like to say I don't think that you should do hardcore, but maybe give yourself a set of self implied rules where you try not to die, but if you do, it's not the end of the world, like a bonus objective.
Anyways, really good episode. It was a great watch
