This plugin allows you to make flashing lores (To create animations) for an Inventory selector! When you hover over the item, it will show a flashing animation, and when you click the item it will run a command!
The Config.yml has examples already filled out so you can learn from them
You can have up to as many 'frames' in your animation as you wish!
