Best Mods to Build a Technic Modpack

Hey, I wanted to play Minecraft with a lot of confusing mods and stuff, so I downloaded Technic Launcher but I couldn't find any modpacks because my computer is a potato. So I decided to download some mods myself. If you know some good technic mods can you share a list thing?

Thermal Expansion is surely a must. It also has a jetpacks, solar panels and wind turbines add-on mods, which surely add to that mod and are worth installing too.
I also love Ender IO personally.
