Chat not coming up?

Hey, whats up guys? Anyways, all I wanna do here is report a problem for me. Whenever I try to get on the chat everything opens up, but everything is BLANK. Nothing on it. No rooms show, no names, no nothing. Anyone else have this problem or anyone know how to fix it? Thanks for your time!

Can you take a screenshot? This may be a problem, try clearing your caché, updating your Java or simply reseting your modem or computer itself. That should work(but first try refreshing the page over and over)

When this happens to me I have another chat window open so look through your other windows and delete the other chat window
