How to execute commands is simply opening chat and typing in the command. (Don't forget the /!)

It's what command you would rather do. The /tellraw command is one that simply tells all players in the server this: Give me a break

Actually, it will throw a syntax error because "give me a break" is not in JSON format. The best command is obviously "/effect give @e jump_boost 1000000 127 true
