Commercial servers and the EULA
Is a server still considered “commercialized” if I use Patreon but that server has no patron benefits (including shoutouts)? I have a server I am making that uses mods that may run afoul of the EULA, which apparently applies mainly to commercial servers. However, I am making other content (videos, mods, and even a vanilla server, and those will have Patreon benefits associated with them. Would that still be considered a “commercialization” of the modded server?
Mods that may run afoul of the EULA:
CasinoCraft (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/casinocraft/)- this is a gambling mod.
MrCrayfish’s Gun Mod (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/mrcrayfishs-gun-mod/files)- adds guns; I had to use a resource pack to replace the guns with firework launchers.
Tinker’s Construct (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/tinkers-construct)- adds the Smeltery, which can “melt” mobs and leave “Blood” (a red fluid)
Blood is also used in medical contexts, and the server also has an organization inspired by the SCP Foundation.

I have a bad feeling what direction mc is going. From a game mostly for teens to a baby, kindergarden game

Yeah. He probably regrets selling Minecraft by now...
I can't even BEGIN to imagine making a game, selling it, and then watching in horror as whoever you sell it to ruins it!

He had reasons, he had enough of the fame and I heard that he hated hype. He gets demotivated if his work is getting more visible
