Does anyone else HAVE to be listening to music to skin?
I am even worse at skinning if I'm not listening to music, my favourite song to listen to while skinning is Kiss from a rose by Seal.

RoxthesoxI tend to listen to different music depending on what the skin is. For example, for my newest skin which is an Arabian looking merchant I was listening to traditional middle eastern music to get into the vibe. Though if the skin doesn't have a dominant feel or theme, I'll just throw on Pandora and skin away.
But yes, music is always a must.

I HAVE to be listening to music while I make skins. I usually prefer listening to dubstep because it is awesome and it get my mind working better than other kinds of music.

I Cant Skin Without music but when i put on Dubstep my skin always gets really messy
Try listening to love songs or happy songs (I recommend Island in the sun by Weezer).
I never tried listening to music while making a skin...
Try it, it inspires you and keeps you working at it. Listen to smooth music though not all dubstep or metal.
