so the 2 last slots for enchantment arent appearing
i tried without the texture pack still not working
i removed optifine nothing
i updated to 1.14.4 still nothing
i sadly cant upload the image because imgur wont enable me because iam in a 'banned' company

Yes but even tho they are not apearring, you can enchant stillby guessing their spot. That happened to me once, i tried that idea and it worked. Try it out for yourself.
