I don't hate the endermite, I just think that it's a waste to add in a pretty much useless addition to the game. It has a rare spawn chance and endermen will attack them. Good job, you've created a creature that needs no nerfing. I could care less about the reskinning as I'm sure that the design will change in future updates, but for now it's just more of a nuisance than one new thing I'm happy to see.

I think they'll be fun for messing around with, honestly. And the 1.8 update will probably live up to what people think it will, too.

there is absolutley nothing wrong with the endermite, alot of people speculated it was used to break endermen farms. but with confirmation from dinnerbone, it was not. the endermite can even be used to make simple yet efficient endermen farms.

and then there are the people who say "THEY REUSED THE SILVERFISH MODEL AND JUST MADE IT ALL PURPLE. IT DOESNT DO ANYTHING"

Dinnerbone already confirmed that in the next snapshot they have a new model,texture and API. if you people would give mojang a chance to actually FINISH the new mob mabye you would like it. so dont go straight to the forums to critically pan something that can't possibly be critisized because it. isn't. finished
