Brewing and the new mobs, Fire fwap! away! And the new blocks too those are pretty kewl, I love the snow golem the most i think.

My favorite thing thats not mobs that was added is the enchanting *My favorite enchantments: The fire sword enchantment and silk touch*

My favorite change to an item: enderpearl teleport use.

You know you cant always say potions are for witches,cause there my favorite.i know how to make all off them eveny my own imortality potion (yes it exist).

Enderdragon. Planning on huge party events on our servers right now to hunt down dragons

I like making the potions but I find I don't use them that much. I think they'll be much more fun in multiplayer (throwing healing bombs at friends, weakness bombs at enemies, etc.) The new sounds are fun... especially the enderman sounds.

I like when you add latest TooManyItems and u can turn on to play Creative mod or turn off to ay back Survivel mod.

I actually like the food aspect most! Wasn't that keen on the whole enchanting updates.

Unlike many people though there wasn't much I disliked.

Edit:Food wasn't added in 1.0 but it's one of my favourites that everyone else complains about.

Mine has to be enchanting and potion making, quite cool in my opinon.

My favorite is the TESTIFICATE, because they scare me.
