I have no idea what those purple blocks at the bottom of the second screenshot are.

When I was making the furnace, I made the furnace off texture, and copy and paste it and renamed the copy "furnace_front_on" but when I saved it and reloaded the textures, it change back to the normal furnace on texture. Please Help!

Ok, I will fix the out lines.

I'm afraid I'd be inclined to stick with the default textures anytime someone offered me a choice between the two.

-It doesn't seem like it offers a distinct theme to me that would make me chose it above default graphics.
-Not very good blending between the block types and textures that are built into the blocks themselves.
-In earlier screenshots, too many lines. Didn't stand out at all, kinda like when Mojang added borders to lapis textures. Ew.
-Holds a 90's look that could look decent if fine tuned, but in this case doesn't really impress me.
In the building screenshots, I was particularly turned off by the lines on the textures. Zero blending, goes from the extreme of having too much of the same color to too much border contrast.
This is what I wasn't impressed with - I don't make textures, so I can't give you much in terms of specific ways to improve the overall design.

From what I see its just adding a border to blocks, not really something original.

For a first resource pack, I'd say it looks pretty good I do believe that it could be something that people use often with a little bit of tweaking. Good luck with it though!
