Furniture ideas for large complexes?

Some ideas are welcome. Just about everything that could be done is already done. I have a terrace, swim pool, rooms that include bathrooms, bedrooms, all that stuff etc. I need thismainly for the lobby I'm building.
To the point What are some good ideas for the interior of a condo lobby and anything else that isn't the living space themselves? Thanks!

Umbrella with chairs
Storage area blocks off with fence ( Chests & Cobwebs )
