1.9 Glitched out

My 1.9 keeps glitching out online and single player. Please msg me if this happens to you. If you know how to stop this pleases msg me.

Guys i know how to fix it! i had it when i was playing snapshot.Okay for first search %appdata% on windows.Second open the .minecraft folder.Third open versions.Fourth find 1.9 and delete it.Fifth open minecraft and install the version again.Hope i helped!
