1. Terralith, Tectonic, and regions unexplored: you've probably heard of tectonic and terralith, but not regions unexplored, which, when combined with both other mods, it will create something close to a hand-sculpted world.
2.Big globe: It makes mountains and stuff big, but not really accurate. Use distant horizons with it or you'll experience something terrible.
3. JJThenderToTheMAx: The mountains are realisticly high(this datapack makes the height limit 2000 or so), and you can literally compare it to reality. however, My PC Fan literally sounded like 🩲when i ran it, so use number 1 or 2.
