Highest xp farm for singleplayer 1.14?

What is the highest xp farm that I can create on a singleplayer vanilla Minecraft 1.14 world? I'm not concerned on how long it would take to build, I just want to make something that has a ridiculous xp rate for singleplayer

There is a limit to how many Xp orbs a player can absorb.
Ender enders, high end guardian farms, and high end pigman farms (at least prior to 1.13) are all able to reach or exceed this limit.
For 1.14 (which is not yet stable, so any/all mechanics may still be changed) the ender ender designs built at the lower limit and with the spawn floor in a single chunk would probably be the most likely to remain viable.
[This option is also the simplest/cheapest to build (assuming one has completed the initial dragon fight.)]
