Probably there's a post just like this but I couldn't find it and I just wanted to know because there's different ways to find Minecraft.
The way I found Minecraft is by friends. I played near December 14, 2012 when the 1.4.6 update just came out. As soon I learn how to play Minecraft I fell in love with the game.

I first heard about it in 2012 from family and friends.

Well, back in 2010, I think, I was working for a school project. It was like a project about the Golden gate bridge in San Francisco. I decided to why not make a replica of it somehow. I searched "Golden Gate bridge model" on Google for any ideas or schematics of it. I ended up finding a wooding stick replica. It was called, "Golden Gate Bridge Woodcraft" I think. I ended up googling that and a Minecraft video on the bridge popped up. From their I was hooked up.
