Note: There are no hostile mobs, i think only the ender dragon.

You can't, unless you get extremely lucky and the end portal generates with all the eyes, or you cheat. Blaze rods can only be obtained by blaze kill loot, so there's nothing you can craft with ender pearls if you don't have any even if they can be traded or found in specific stronghold and woodland mansion loot chests.
Maybe try a mod like Apathy if you're playing peaceful because you don't want to be attacked? You can still kill them and get the drops but they won't attack you. Unless you mean more broadly if it's possible which it is not.

i just want to try to beat peaceful mode, because NOBODY bet it, and i want to be the first person on the Earth who killed ender dragon in peaceful mode (no cheats, no mods)
*me wanting to say I did it in bedrock but not because I know that I only did the dragon fight in peaceful because I suck at the fight meaning it doesn't actually count*

To beat Minecraft in peaceful mode, gather resources, build a Nether portal, locate the End portal, and defeat the Ender Dragon using beds or bows—just remember mobs won’t spawn, so collect blaze rods and ender pearls through bartering or chests.
in witch chest? (bastion, mansion, village, ruins, etc...)
Yeah either this is AI or they didn't actually fact-check anything, because you can't get Blaze Rods from bartering or chests.

That doesn’t show up in the loot tables on the wiki, so either that was a bug, or the wiki is incorrect. But regardless, if you found enough (you’d need around 12), you could technically beat the game.

In version 1.3.1 you were able to trade ender eyes with villagers
while i was playing that version, i even didnt knew what is the end portal

To get to the end, you need to activate the portal, which requires Eyes of Ender. You can craft an Eye of Ender with one Ender Pearl and one Blaze Powder. Ender pearls can be found as loot in Strongholds and Trial Chambers, as well as from trading with Clerics. However, Blaze Rods (which are needed for Blaze Powder) can only be obtained from Blazes.
But, since end portals generate with some Eyes of Ender, there is a slight possibility you can find a stronghold pre-activated. And by slight, I mean less than 1%. Statistically, you would need to find anywhere from 100-200 strongholds before you find one pre-activated. But if you did, you could enter the end.
So if you happened to find an end portal pre-activated, and got to the end, you would actually be able to beat the game, since the Ender Dragon does spawn in peaceful. Very low chance, but technically possible.

wait.... what if i would break the end portal with an eye?

because i could find 2 - 5 strongholds, mine the blocks with the eye and then activate one of the portal
I considered that, but I checked and you can’t remove Eyes of Ender from portal frames.
One option is to get a data pack that allows obtaining blaze rods to be traded for with Clerics, not sure if one exists.

I thought that you could get blaze rods/powder from the trial chambers
