i am kleineduckie12 and i a try to upload me minecraft texture pack here only if i upload met texture pack nothing happend. And yes it is a .zip file

If you have an account below level 20, you need to wait for approval of the texture before it can be found by the people who enter the site. I recommend that you upload the texture in Mediafire as it is a reliable and simple site. Hope this helps :)
