Try taskkill /f /im javaw.exe. Shuts down anything using java.

Minecraft Has creepy music while your in caves sometimes.

This can be a fake or your using a texture pack you found randomly and thought was cool, if you were playing multiplayer someone could have /playsound on you too. You can be in the end listening the end music or nether to nether music they are both creepy to some people...
