Minecraft Video Settings Glitch

When I try to change the video settings in Minecraft the game crashes. I go ESC, Options and then Video Settings. Next thing I know it says Saving Game and then crashes. Any Ideas?? I've tried updating Minecraft but it doesn't do anything.

Please Help

Ok Ive fixed it. Optifine Mod works but Vanilla Minecraft doesnt.

You could try updating your video card drivers
