Mini, Naturally Spawning Zombies

I've seen a few posts on tumblr now about some kind of new update, or possibly a seed, that causes mini, half-size zombies to appear in the game. I've asked the original posters about how to get hold of the seed, or how it happens, but nobody will answer the questions.
Does anyone on here know any answers? Am quite interested to see it first-hand for myself!

Dont try find them unless your on creative they are VERY fast and can do quite a bit of damage so Dont try find them

I've seen one before only once. They're pretty hard to find and i'm pretty sure they only spawn at night. If you want to encounter one, make sure you have a sword or on creative…they can do some damage

One time I saw a baby zombie villager wearing green leather pants.

They spawn naturally

its not a seed, it the fact that in 1.6 onward, baby zombies (which used to only spawn when a baby villager was infected by a zombie) now have a rare (not really rare in my experience) chance of spawning. They do not burn in sunlight, and are really fast.

wait... You're actually trying to find one? I've had expeiriences with them and you do NOT want to meet one! They're too fast and hard to hit!
