The plugin is called google.

It's called Mob Disguise, and it's a plugin for servers. The command is /md [mob name]. To turn back into a human you just type /md. Glad I could help

Yes but it's a plugin and it's not released anywhere, I have it on my server, but only for people who donate get this feature...
